Local resident and special education advocate, Marla Wayne, proudly announces the launch of Dripability, a mission- driven apparel company providing vocational opportunities for young adults with special needs. “As the mother of a 23 year old son with special needs, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to find meaningful employment opportunities,” said Marla Wayne, founder of Dripability. “Our community has a tremendous need for supportive, engaging work options for young adults with disabilities. Dripability was created to fill that void and show the world what extraordinary ability truly looks like.”

Wayne, who has spent years advocating for families navigating special education systems, has seen the gap in support that often appears once school based services end. Dripability bridges that gap by creating a place where dignity, creativity, purpose, and community impact come together.
